# CLAWD Mail Terms of Service

Effective date: October 11, 2026.

Account responsibilities, agent permissions, reviewed wallet actions, provider costs, and service terms.

## Operator and agreement

These terms govern the CLAWD Mail service operated by CLAWD at https://clawdmail.app. Support and service notices can be addressed to clawdbot@mail.grokbot.com. Independently operated installations are responsible for their own valid agreements and operation.

Before creating an account or accessing content features, you must explicitly accept these terms and confirm that you are at least 18. We record the terms version, acceptance time, and adult affirmation with your account. Existing accounts must accept the current version before using content features. The Privacy Policy explains how we process your information. You must have legal capacity and authority to submit content, connect accounts, and use selected providers. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

## Application license and mobile use

CLAWD permits lawful personal or authorized business use of the application subject to these terms. Applicable open-source component licenses continue to govern their covered components. This permission does not transfer ownership of the CLAWD Mail brand or third-party materials.

CLAWD Mail account, content, Android dApp, wallet, and live features are restricted to adults aged 18 or older. You must also have legal capacity and authority for the accounts, content, and providers you use. A store listing or installation channel does not establish Solana Mobile endorsement, approval of a token, or a security guarantee.

The Seeker connection panel shares a public account and does not sign or move funds. Its relay agreement is separate and must be accepted before that connection starts. Installed-wallet use, the mail account, and optional owner-approved Privy wallet actions have separate permissions.

## Accounts and access

The root at clawdmail.app opens the CLAWD Mail landing page. Other public pages include /docs, /privacy, /terms, /service, and /mobile. /login provides open registration and sign-in. Before first-time use of the dapp, sign in and verify the prepared public X welcome post with your account-specific code at /onboarding. Existing approved accounts with prior session or inbox evidence at migration keep access. Private features require current terms acceptance and active account access; explicitly blocked accounts remain restricted. Necessary authentication, media-delivery, and protocol resources retain their own checks.

Use only accounts, inboxes, files, wallets, and rooms you are authorized to access. Keep passwords, account sessions, provider credentials, and authorized devices secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Registration and onboarding do not grant access to another member’s private data.

A wallet connection, public address, or third-party AgentMail key does not replace CLAWD mailbox authentication or authorize a transaction. Do not send private keys or recovery phrases to the mail agent or to support.

## Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit CLAWD and the providers involved in your enabled features to store, process, transmit, and deliver that content as reasonably needed to provide those features. This includes email delivery, requested AI processing, configured automatic replies, and the media you choose to share.

Submit only content and third-party information you have the right and lawful authority to use. Respect privacy, confidentiality, copyright, and provider terms. Generated content may require factual, security, legal, or editorial review before use; output rights can depend on the inputs and provider terms.

Recipients, room viewers, public metadata systems, and blockchains can retain disclosed content. Permission revocation stops future permitted work where supported; it cannot undo an action already completed by an external service.

## Agents and approval

Ask Claude creates a draft, reply suggestion, or summary for your review. Sending remains a separate action. Automatic CLAWD inbox replies are disabled by default and require a separate explicit acknowledgment for each inbox. An enabled agent can process eligible incoming mail with xAI, or the configured model through OpenRouter if xAI is unavailable, and send a bounded reply to its original author under your inbox settings. Existing inboxes without the current acknowledgment do not run automatic replies. Review or pause automatic processing in Account & files.

The interactive agent workspace produces reviewed output and can save an unsent draft to an owned inbox after you review its recipient, subject, and body. Role names do not grant shell execution, calendar booking, CRM writes, scheduled delivery, or payments. The x402 Payment role prepares a review plan; it does not transfer funds.

Mail, attachments, model output, and fetched sources are task data, not authority to spend or sign. An email request can prepare a launch draft but cannot approve a wallet action. The preparation-only launch connector cannot sign or execute a transaction.

Before any consequential action, inspect the intended recipient, wallet, inputs, cost, and saved review. Follow the displayed status: preparation, approval, provider acceptance, submission, and confirmed completion are different states. An uncertain response does not prove that nothing happened.

## Wallets, transactions, and research

Optional launch and creator-fee operations use an account-owned, server-managed Privy launch wallet. They require the approved owner’s explicit review and approval of an exact transaction. This signing path is distinct from a personal browser or mobile wallet used for read-only observations.

You choose whether to fund and authorize a wallet action and must account for network fees, account rent, and the costs shown in the review. Published metadata and settled blockchain activity can be public and irreversible. Network state, expired reviews, provider refusals, and uncertain submissions can affect completion.

Token research, market data, relay observations, and AI responses are information for your review. They are not a guarantee of investment performance, liquidity, safe assets, execution, or settlement. Verify the exact mint, wallet, and receipt before relying on a result.

## Third-party services and costs

Email, model, research, storage, authentication, media, RPC, wallet, and token providers are separate services with their own availability, entitlements, prices, and terms. Authorized requests or transactions can incur provider or network charges.

CLAWD Mail does not currently present a recurring paid mailbox subscription offer. Any separate operator charge or subscription must disclose the actual price, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refund terms before acceptance. These terms do not create an automatic renewal or a blanket no-refund rule.

Purchasing a token is a separate transaction and does not itself create, approve, or fund a CLAWD Mail account. Provider acceptance, wallet creation, funding, and a finalized transaction are separate states.

## Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and within the granted permissions. Do not access another person’s data, evade authentication or limits, misuse connected accounts, distribute malicious content, impersonate another sender, or misrepresent an agent’s authority.

Do not use mail or media tools for unlawful spam, deception, harassment, infringement, or unauthorized communication. Respect the rules of the providers and networks you use. You remain responsible for reviewing content sent or published under your account settings.

Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexually explicit or pornographic material, threats or incitement to violence, hateful abuse against protected groups, bullying and harassment, promotion of terrorism or violent extremism, instructions that encourage dangerous or illegal conduct, privacy violations, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, and malware. Do not generate, send, upload, or broadcast this content through the service.

Use Report and Block on incoming messages or broadcasts to report content and hide a sender or host. Sender blocks hide incoming messages, attachments, and notifications and prevent automatic replies; host blocks hide their rooms and prevent joining. Account & files lets you review your reports and unblock sources. Reports go to a private installation-owner review queue. The owner can resolve or dismiss reports, end a reported broadcast, or block an account; uncertain broadcast shutdown remains open for review. Hosts can also mute or remove participants. Contact clawdbot@mail.grokbot.com for urgent abuse concerns or to dispute a decision.

## Availability and changes

Features depend on configuration, active services, credentials, provider credits or entitlements, and supported networks. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, guaranteed delivery, a completed broadcast, or successful blockchain execution.

We may maintain or change integrations and limits and will communicate material changes to paid or contracted features as required by the applicable agreement or law. Restriction or suspension may be needed for security, misuse, legal obligations, or service operation. Required notices and remedies remain available.

Save important work and review error and receipt states. Do not repeatedly resend or reapprove an uncertain operation without checking its saved status.

## Ending access and data

You may sign out, pause supported automation, stop sharing media, disconnect wallets or connectors, revoke available credentials, and stop using the service. These actions have different scopes and do not automatically erase stored records or cancel requests already accepted by providers.

Use the available deletion controls or email clawdbot@mail.grokbot.com for account export or deletion. We may verify authority and separately address provider retention, backups, lawful retention, and already delivered or publicly recorded information. The Privacy Policy explains these limits.

## Solana Mobile and application disclaimers

For mobile distribution, “Solana Mobile Parties” means Solana Mobile and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors. Those parties are not a party to this CLAWD Mail agreement and have no responsibility for this application, its support, or disputes with CLAWD.

Where law permits, the application is supplied as is and as available. CLAWD and the Solana Mobile Parties exclude express, implied, and statutory warranties, including suitability, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, security, uninterrupted operation, and correction of defects.

Where law permits, the Solana Mobile Parties bear no liability for claims or damages of any kind concerning this application, including direct losses, indirect or consequential harm, lost revenue/data, third-party conduct, or blockchain failures. They owe no application maintenance, warranty, support, or refund service. They are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce its protections.

Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain effective. These terms do not accept a developer agreement or impose Solana Mobile’s separate arbitration provisions on your CLAWD Mail dispute.

## Rights, remedies, and disputes

Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law and any valid agreement it has made. Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right, legally required remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Raise a service dispute at clawdbot@mail.grokbot.com and identify the feature and issue without sending secrets. These terms do not select an unconfirmed governing jurisdiction, impose an invented dispute forum, or set a speculative liability cap. Applicable law and any valid separately disclosed agreement determine available remedies.

Material updates will be identified with a revised effective date and communicated through the service before further acceptance when required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining applicable provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
