# CLAWD Mail Service

Effective date: October 11, 2026.

What CLAWD Mail provides, what requires an approved account, and how to review availability and support.

## The service

CLAWD operates CLAWD Mail at https://clawdmail.app: dedicated agent inboxes, a familiar mail workspace, reviewed writing help, configured email automation, Solana research, owner-approved token actions, and live rooms.

clawdmail.app opens the public CLAWD Mail landing page. Documentation, privacy, terms, this service description, and /mobile are also public. /login offers open registration and sign-in; first-time users complete the required welcome-post verification at /onboarding before using mail, agents, CLAWD community, or live room features.

## Available features

Features report their own readiness and depend on the providers configured for this installation.

- Mail: owned inboxes, received and sent conversations, folders, drafts, replies, attachment downloads, and sending/delivery state through the configured email provider.
- Accounts and files: open individual email/password registration, required first-login X welcome verification, password controls, private file upload/download/delete, and owner member-management controls. Registration, onboarding, and inbox creation are separate.
- Ask Claude: explicitly requested drafting, reply assistance, and summaries through OpenRouter. You review the result before sending.
- Interactive agents: twelve task roles using xAI grok-4.7 with a configured OpenRouter fallback, selected owned-inbox read tools, supported images, private saved results, downloads, and reviewed unsent drafts. The completed result identifies the model that answered. Optional browser dictation or a pasted transcript supports Voice to Email. External execution and payments remain separate integrations.
- Private voice and vision agents: the same twelve roles with explicit microphone, camera or selected-screen sharing, xAI speech and frame analysis through Vision-Agents with configured OpenRouter fallbacks for speech turns and view analysis, transcript export, and read-only Solana research receipts. Custom CLAWD controls expose capture and connection state. Stop ends device capture; external mail, calendar, and payment execution remains separate.
- CLAWD email agent: a separate worker using xAI, with a configured OpenRouter fallback for text and image understanding, to answer eligible mail in enabled approved inboxes and perform bounded research. Requested image generation uses xAI with a configured OpenRouter image fallback. Automatic replies require a separate explicit per-inbox acknowledgment and can be paused; existing settings without the current acknowledgment do not run.
- Research: dated public Hookedpad knowledge through Supermemory, public Solana and token observations, and current provider/relay status. Research does not sign or execute a trade.
- Token actions: Pump.fun launch preparation and creator-fee claims using an owner-reviewed exact transaction and a separate Privy launch wallet. The launch MCP exposes preparation and reading only.
- Live rooms: authenticated approved viewers, approved hosts, constrained media roles, chat, read-only wallet observation, explicit text agents using xAI with a configured OpenRouter fallback, and an optional host-controlled voice participant using xAI with configured OpenRouter fallbacks for speech turns and camera/screen scene analysis.
- Optional mobile wallet connection: Seeker Connect with separately accepted relay terms, or an installed compatible wallet through local Mobile Wallet Adapter. The panel shares a public account without requesting a signature or moving funds. It does not log into the mail account or approve a launch.

## Supported mobile experience

The Android web app experience includes the same account mail controls and an optional wallet-connection panel. The /mobile landing page and optional wallet panel are public; opening private mail and account features requires sign-in, current terms acceptance, completed first-login onboarding, and active access. Wallet authorization and mail sign-in are separate.

Seeker Connect requires a secure HTTPS page and explicit acceptance of its relay terms. Use Installed Wallet is supported in compatible Chrome for Android or the Android app shell with a compatible installed wallet. Local Mobile Wallet Adapter is unavailable on iOS; available alternatives depend on the chosen wallet/browser.

Connection state and relay agreement are held for the current page session. Disconnect controls stop that connection; the wallet also has its own site-permission controls. The Privacy Policy explains metadata and provider processing, and the Terms include the Android application license and mobile-distribution provisions.

## Accounts and permissions

New users register with a name, login email, a password of 12–128 characters, explicit terms acceptance, and confirmation that they are at least 18. Member signup is public and approved automatically; no invitation or setup key is required. Only a deliberate first-owner registration can use the private setup key to obtain installation ownership. Normal signup does not verify the login email address or create an inbox automatically.

First-time users must publish and verify the prepared public X welcome post before private use. The server checks the welcome text, account-specific code, post identity, and creation time, then records completion for that account. Existing approved users with prior session or assigned-inbox evidence when this migration first runs keep access; unused accounts still need onboarding. Legacy pending registrations become approved. Explicitly blocked accounts remain restricted on private requests and before automated work.

The prepared public welcome text is: eureka I've got mail! i just registered for clawdmail powered by $CLAWD on @solana, follow @clawddevs and me as we onboard the world to solana ai one email at a time! The app appends your unique #ClawdMail<code> marker. Publish the prepared text, then submit its public URL for verification; opening the composer alone does not complete onboarding.

Individual account sessions have an eight-hour expiry and may refresh during use. Signing out or losing approval changes access; neither action deletes records. Inbox ownership, live-room controls, connector scopes, and wallet approval remain separate permissions.

A legacy installation can offer the optional AgentMail adapter on /connect after a valid CLAWD mailbox session is established at /login. The adapter is disabled under the individual-account approval policy. Its third-party key does not itself authenticate CLAWD pages or grant private CLAWD data access.

## Review and automation

Ask Claude is a writing workflow, while the inbox CLAWD agent is configured automation. Approved inboxes start with automatic replies disabled and require the current terms agreement plus a separate explicit per-inbox acknowledgment before enabling. Review the setting in Account & files, especially before receiving sensitive mail. Eligible existing mail can also be processed when backfill is enabled.

The responder replies to the original author and checks current account and inbox authorization before generation and dispatch. Ambiguous delivery is retained for review rather than blindly resent. Model prompts and fetched content cannot approve spending.

A launch draft, a connected or created wallet, a submitted signature, and a finalized transaction each represent a different stage. Inspect the exact transaction and cost before approval and the saved receipt afterwards.

## Live rooms and media

Hosts choose a discoverable or unlisted room. Signed-in approved viewers can watch through a restricted role; host permissions do not transfer to a viewer. An unlisted link limits discovery rather than guaranteeing confidentiality.

Camera and microphone start off. Choose devices and deliberately enable the media to share. Starting an AI companion sends selected host microphone and camera/screen media to its separate inference service. Companion sessions are bounded to ten minutes and have explicit Stop controls.

Meeting creation disables automatic recording, persistent chat, end transcription, and summarization. This configuration does not guarantee that viewers or providers make no copies or retain no logs. Avatars and backgrounds are sharing assets; use private account storage for private files.

## Provider costs and limits

Connected providers may require credentials, funded credits, plans, or entitlements. CLAWD Mail does not currently offer a recurring paid mailbox plan. Any operator charge must be disclosed in the actual offer before acceptance; provider charges and blockchain fees follow the relevant service or reviewed transaction.

Private account uploads are limited to 5 MiB. Incoming mail is limited to 5 MiB. Streaming avatars/backgrounds accept static PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 3 MiB with bounded dimensions. AI and live actions have additional request and concurrency limits.

A displayed feature, valid credential, or accepted request does not prove provider availability or completion. Quotas, configuration failures, interrupted jobs, stale data, and uncertain submissions have their own reported states.

## Availability and records

Email routing and sending, AI workers, knowledge services, media, wallet services, and chain receipts each need their own working connection. An accepted email can still be queued; a created room is not a live broadcast; a transaction submission is not final settlement.

Stored mail, files, jobs, room metadata, and receipts support continuing work and review. Trash changes labels, while draft/file deletion controls have narrower effects. Request account and associated-data deletion in Account & files or contact us for account requests. Requests remain queued until operator cleanup completes. The Privacy Policy explains retention, provider processing, and copies that cannot be recalled.

## Support, privacy, and incidents

Email clawdbot@mail.grokbot.com for CLAWD Mail support, privacy requests, account access issues, or an abuse report. Give the affected feature, account or inbox identifier, approximate time, and the state shown. We may verify account control before discussing private records.

Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, access tokens, full private messages, or identity documents unless a separately verified process specifically requires them. A response from an automated agent does not by itself establish that an account change or legal request is complete.

Read /docs for setup and operation, /privacy for information handling, and /terms for account responsibilities and service conditions. Mandatory rights and applicable remedies remain available.
